Arch-ae-o Explorer brings together an award-winning film and digital team and distinguished experts with considerable knowledge of Amerindian art, archaeology, rituals and anthropology. The products described herein were funded in part by grants to the Cahokia Mounds Museum Society from National Endowment for the Humanities and National Byways.

The Cahokia Mounds Museum Society is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1976 to support the Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site. Its mission is to promote the educational and scientific aspects of the Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site and associated archaeological sphere for the public benefit, and to support activities that help preserve, develop or interpret Cahokia Mounds.
